2021 UnitedHealthcare Patriot Plan

New for 2021, UnitedHealthcare®️ has zero premium Medicare Part C plan designed for ALL veterans with Medicare Part A and B. The plan includes the same benefits as Medicare Part A and B, but also includes benefits that Medicare does not cover like gym membership, vision and dental.

The plan also includes a Medicare Part B premium credit each month. The Part B credit varies from state to state, but the most common is $50 month saving you $600 year per person on your Medicare Part B premium.

RenewActive gym membership (similar to SilverSneakers) allows you access to fitness locations nationwide including 24 Hour Fitness, YMCA, Curves, Anytime Fitness, local rec centers and more. You can use ALL participating gyms. Some clients go to one gym for the pool and another gym later in the day for a class they like.
